General Booking Conditions
AVAILABILITY
As with all rates offered by The Fisherman's Point Resort, promotional rates are subject to availability and black-out dates will apply.
RESERVATIONS
Your booking may be made via telephone by contacting the resort directly. Should there be a special booking code associated with the rate in question, we ask that you please quote this reference code to the reservations agent to assist with expediting your booking at the fastest possible time.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Bookings utilising advertised specials may attract additional fees which are applied at the time of making your reservation. These fees include:
1. Government Tax
2. Service Charge
3. Utility Surcharge
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
You are required to use a credit card to guarantee your accommodations for one night's room charge and the associated taxes for each room reserved. The card used to guarantee the room(s), will be required upon check-in to have the deposit applied to your reservation. Should the card not be presented, you will be required to settle the full accommodation costs with an alternate card which is on hand or by cash.
Deposits by credit card cannot be utilised by another party who is not the registered card holder.
For persons who are already on island, who do not possess credit cards, a direct deposits to our reservations account at the National Commercial Bank (NCB) is another option to consider.
CANCELLATIONS
All bookings must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Failing this, your deposits will become non refundable. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that they receive a cancellation number prior to terminating any phone call to cancel and that emails be received no later than 5pm on the day of cancellation.
Please note that calling to inform us of your intent to cancel is not considered a cancellation.
MINIMUM STAY POLICIES
Special packages and rates for days which you may wish to stay at the resort may require that you stay for a particular number of nights minimum. This may affect continuity of promotional rates, as well as other aspects of your reservation which may include, but certainly not limited to:
1. Availability
2. Changes in deposit amounts requested
3. Changes in the cancellation policy
These will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Upon making a booking, rooms that have been guaranteed will be provided with a booking number and confirmation letter will be forwarded via email or fax.
Booking which have not been guaranteed are not considered confirmed and will be subject to cancellation with 12 hours of arrival.
